Specializing in trauma treatment for infants, children, and young adults, Mahlet takes a warm, client-centered approach to therapy. As a certified practitioner in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she provides evidence-based interventions that are tailored to meet each client where they are on their journey.
